Hakim and Abdelhak were friendly. They catered to everything. The room and roof terrace were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was good too.

lovely riad with great service
easy arrival excellent staff delicious breakfast helpful coordination
i really liked how the staff arranged my arrival from the train station right to the riad i also used them to arrange transport to the airport. they helped me coordinate several tours i booked separately they ensured i reached each meeting point. the homemade breakfast served was delicious
the alleyway to the riad had a faint unpleasant smell. it was a minor thing though and didn't affect my stay much

breakfast was sufficient and satisfying with fresh options available each morning i liked the traditional moroccan bread offered the dining area was clean and well kept contributing to a relaxed atmosphere

the staff were attentive and helpful making sure every need was met promptly hakim especially provided really good service assisting with everything from arranging transport to offering local recommendations i felt genuinely cared for

this location is central offering easy access to various attractions. i found it easy to walk to the main square and other points of interest. being near the bahia palace was a definite plus and helped with navigating the area

fresh options cute staff
i found the staff to be cute. breakfast changed daily and featured fresh options. they assisted with restaurant bookings and various activities. they were really dedicated.
The lighting in the room was a little dim. It was hard to read. we loved the massage services but the price was a little too high.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. my room, a beautiful junior suite, was spacious. the breakfast was plentiful (i really enjoyed the traditional moroccan options).
the alleyways leading to the hotel were not well lit. the air conditioning in my room was not always effective (especially during the day). the selection of toiletries was very basic.

A decent stay
helpful staff good breakfast faulty air-conditioning dark room
The staff was really helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were good. They were traditional moroccan breakfasts.
On some evenings the air-conditioning in the room was not working well. Most of the rooms face directly into other rooms, so with the curtains drawn, the rooms are pretty dark.
